Iain Fraser : Owner

Having an established family base in Northern Cyprus I decided to move here permanently 30 years ago, opening North Cyprus' first registered auction house. This quickly established me as a familiar figure within the local & business community. A natural progression to this was to move into the real estate market. Now with more than 20yrs property knowledge there’s not a lot I don’t know!

Pelin Omer: Senior Sales Negotiator

I was born and raised in London to Turkish Cypriot parents and worked in the fashion industry for much of my youth managing retail customer accounts. When I was offered a chance to work in North Cyprus, I jumped at the opportunity and that was 10 years ago. I love living here, who could not love the friendly people, warm climate and social life.

Barbara Bausch: Marketing and German speaking support (Germany)

Born in Munich and grew up in Starnberg (Bavaria), I got to know and love Cyprus on my first visit in 1994. Just one year later I moved to the island to study design.

A few years ago, my husband and I bought our own house in Karmi and extensively restored it to my own design specifications. For the implementation, we hired the team of craftsmen with who my parents-in-law had built or restored a number of houses in Cyprus since 1984.

Acquiring the property was one of the best decisions we have made in recent times and I am more than confident in the step we have taken with it. I am all the more pleased to be able to help you to realize your own dream of living in North Cyprus. If you invest money to realize your dream home, you should be in solid and trustworthy hands with someone who doesn't just want to make a quick buck.

I have known Iain Fraser as a good friend, reliable, experienced broker since the mid 1990's and was therefore delighted to have been entrusted with the new design and marketing. Eren Seferber: Administration

Born and raised in London, I studied engineering at college and university. After finishing my studies, I started working for British Telecom which paved the way for me to simultaneously dive deeper into new technologies, customer service, and administration.

Deciding to then travel, I set out on a 2-year backpacking expedition around the world which gave me a wealth of cultural & geographical experience. I then continued in professional roles in an array of industries from Banking to Tourism.

I moved to Cyprus in 2007 working mostly in tourism, and after the Covid-19 pandemic, I was offered the opportunity to join Fraser Properties Cyprus, where I hope to contribute to an already successful business.

Ercan Cetinli: Our Man Friday

I was born in Bulgaria and moved to North Cyprus with my family in 1997. After arriving in Cyprus, I completed military service and then applied for a job with Fraser Properties Cyprus. This gave me the opportunity to meet new people and help them settle down to life in North Cyprus.

I am primarily involved with the day to day running of the rental office, and maintenance departments. I’m also the guy who helps with all your official paperwork, government departments, utility boards and the tax offices ensuring all administration are completed ready for rental and property purchases.

I have great job satisfaction knowing I have helped clients to make their dream of a home in the sun become a reality.
