Before moving, tenants are required to complete a legal tenancy agreement, pay a deposit which is returnable at the end of the tenancy plus the first months rent.
At the commencement of the tenancy the tenant will be provided with an inventory of the properties contents.
At the end of the tenancy this inventory will be checked and if the property and its contents are returned in a approved and satisfactory condition, the deposit will be refunded.
Tenants are responsible for the payment of all utilities including electric, water, gas etc.
Properties that include a swimming pool and garden will also be subject to maintenance charges.
After 6 months, tenancy agreements can be terminated by the tenant by submitting one months written notice.
Rent is usually paid in British Pounds or Turkish Lira depending on the tenancy agreement.
