Almost all new construction projects within the Mehmetcik Municipality will now be limited to a height of two floors, after a new zoning plan was published in the official gazette.
Exceptions will be made for buildings in the Bafra Tourism Area, where buildings will be allowed to reach the lofty heights of three storeys, provided that the ground floor ia a shop.
